Is an amazing time of the year but with only one problem L Postal and customs service!
Please be patient, you can be sure orders will be delivered, in fact if you have received the email with your tracking number , that means your order has been shipped.
In over 10 years of experience we have had the same problem, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas season increase postal and customs work and they have their own rules and we cannot interfere with their work in fact, if we try to they usually get mad, really mad!
They have their own time and we might have to wait a few more days than estimated arrival date, just be patient as orders WILL be delivered.
In case there is a problem with the order we can change the product and reship it free of charge, but only when we have a real notification that there was a problem in that shipment.
